The public transport operator of Sofia is an old-fashoined company. There is a facebook profile and something like online forum, but the management haven´t even heard abaout PR 2.0 (or even about PR) and socal media time. The project discovers the way of communication of the company with the clients and not only. It shows the most modern possibilities for communication and building an online image of the public transport operator.
